- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- How much does self storage cost?
Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.

- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

- Are we associated with a car wash?
No, Rita Ranch RV & Self Storage is not associated with a car wash.
- Where are you located?
We are conveniently located 2 miles North of the I10 in Southeast Tucson. Next to Walk in the Park II Car Wash.
- What if I need a UHaul?
We have Uhauls on-site available for rent!
- Do you sell moving supplies?
Yes! We have Uhaul moving supplies available for purchase including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, and more.
- Do you sell unit locks?
Yes, locks are available for purchase on-site.
- Do you have parking storage available?
Yes! We offer outdoor parking storage for cars, boats, RVs, and more. Some vehicles can even fit in our 10x20 units for covered parking storage!
- Do you have moving carts?
Yes! We have free moving carts available to use in our climate control building
